Engineering and Design ServicesIncluded in our value added services, we have Engineer’s on staff at our facility to assist our customers’ engineers in designing their components with cost efficiency. We are available to organize creative design ideas, and from a manufacturing standpoint, assist in prototype and review. MachiningWe are a machine shop for high precision work and specialize in CNC machining of close tolerance components. Our machine shop practices Lean Manufacturing strategies, utilizing the best processes and practices, which optimize resources and yield the best products in the fastest manner and at the lowest cost, without compromising quality. GearingAs part of our "one stop service" we offer in house gear cutting services. Assemblies/ SubassembliesAs part of our turn key manufacturing services, we actively partner with our customers to develop cost effective methods of reducing overall part number and inventory requirements by bundling components together, creating assemblies and subassemblies. While the machining and assembly processes are done in house, we have partnered with other suppliers to provide the overall quality products our customers expect.
